1 General Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bb365 ("Company", "we", "us") and each registered user of this platform ("User", "you"). By using the bb365 website, application or any related services, you agree to all the terms described below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and all provisions described here follow Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

bb365 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published will be considered as your agreement to the new terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

bb365 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Providing false information about age will result in account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, address or IP address. Attempting to operate multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information when opening an account. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of this agreement. If your information changes at any point, please notify our support team.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access or a compromised password, notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bb365 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Transactions through any other channel are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Limits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If a verification process is underway, the timeframe may be slightly longer.

3.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, bb365 may request relevant documents for identity verification. These documents are used solely to ensure legal compliance.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on bb365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.6 Right to Decline Transactions

bb365 reserves the right to suspend or decline any transaction if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other irregularity. Relevant authorities may be notified in cases of suspicious activity.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To cash out after receiving this bonus, the total amount including the bonus must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement: 20x).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are applicable once only and to one account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
  • bb365 reserves the right to restrict the applicability of bonuses to specific games or events.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
  • bb365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, bb365 may offer various cashback, free bet or special event promotions. Specific terms for each offer will apply separately and will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion.

5 VIP and Loyalty Program

bb365's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Users have the opportunity to progress to higher tiers gradually based on their regular activity and participation on the platform. bb365 reserves the right to modify the terms and benefits of the VIP program at any time.

6 Betting Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or event and are clearly displayed on the relevant game page. bb365 reserves the right to change these limits based on market conditions or user activity.

6.2 Right to Cancel or Modify Bets

bb365 reserves the right to cancel, modify or void the result of bets in the following circumstances:

  • If an event is cancelled or suspended.
  • If a data error or technical issue occurs.
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity or match fixing is found.
  • If a bet was accepted at incorrect odds (in accordance with the "obvious error" policy).

6.3 Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account termination, balance forfeiture and legal action:

  • A minor accessing their own or another person's account.
  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, bonus stacking, etc.).
  • Using betting software, bots or automation tools.
  • Attempting to hack, scrape or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
  • Fraudulent transactions or collusion with other users.
  • Unauthorised use of the bb365 name, logo or identity.

8 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the bb365 website — logos, graphics, software, text, designs and databases — is the sole intellectual property of the Company. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any part of this content without the Company's written permission is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi and others) is governed by their respective intellectual property policies.

9 Limitation of Liability

bb365 is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, the Company will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

  • Loss of a bet or a game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
  • Technical issues with a third-party game provider.
  • Faults with the user's own device or software.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks, etc.).
  • Loss resulting from the user's account credentials being disclosed to a third party.

Where loss occurs directly due to a fault of bb365, the compensation amount will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Before closing your account, please settle all pending bets and withdraw any eligible balance.

11.2 Suspension by the Company

If these Terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected or due to legal obligations, bb365 may immediately suspend or close any account. In cases of serious violations, the associated balance may be forfeited.

12 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. All complaints will be considered fairly and resolved as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may submit a written appeal. bb365's senior management team will review the appeal and communicate a final decision. This decision is binding on both parties.

If bb365's final decision is not accepted, legal action may be taken in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

13 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh. The appropriate courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any disputes.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in force.
